The key to getting the most tender meatballs is using a combination of different meats. You can easily find a meatloaf mix at the market or you can make a blend at home using half beef and half pork. It is ideal to use the authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano for this recipe as it can significantly level up your dish.
What you need:
- Spaghetti Noodles

Step by Step guide:
- Take a large bowl and crack in an egg. Then drop chopped parsley, basil and garlic. Give them a good stir and then add in your seasonings like oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and water; whisk all these ingredients well.
