From Garlic to Garlic Bread

I bought some garlic from roadside market yesterday and I was wondering what to make out of it. I suddenly saw bread on the table and put 2 and 2 together which kind of became my secret recipe to make garlic bread.
It is an important dish in an Italian restaurant. It can be an appetizer or served along with dishes like pasta and pizza.
This was first made in 15th century and used as an appetizer for seafood in Italy. It became popular in 1950s when Italian chefs used to sell them in bakeries. Now it’s an important item in every bakery!
Let’s turn a basic bread into something special. Here’s my take on making bread garlic bread!

Step 1
Let the oven preheat at 400-degree F.
Step 2
Add butte, garlic, parmesan and parsley in a bowl. Add salt and pepper in it and give it a good mix.
Step 3
Take a piece of foil and chop baguette, 1 inch thick, in slices. Make sure you don’t cut it all the way through. Put the butter batter in each slice nicely.
Step 4
Cover the baguette in the foil and let it bake for 15-17 minutes. Take it out from the oven and add mozzarella cheese on it. Place it in the oven for 5 minutes again so that it is crispy. Chop the loaf all the way through.
