The mornings in my household begin almost every day with a typical Indian chai filled with a strong and bold flavor. Not to forget, a pretty good amount of caffeine too. I’m not so much of a caffeine person but I do like to include a hot cup of drink in my morning routine that is light and full of an earthy flavor. And nothing beats a cup of green tea which has so many health benefits to offer. Having an abundance of antioxidants, this drink is a must to try if you’re looking for an alternative to regular tea. And if you’re a weight loss enthusiast, you’re in good hands mate!
